Many of us do not have a library database at home. We find it difficult researching about a certain topic and most of the time we waste our time finding the perfect resource we need. Thank God for the Google Scholar. Describing it as a website archiving various articles is just an understatement.

When you use Google Scholar, it allows you to browse for articles with the use of search terms. It may be compared to a journal database but its great features are what set it apart. I’ve been doing research for years and just now that I came to enjoy it.

If you use Google Scholar, you will see that every article has a link to related articles. This allows you to get a long list of various articles that are related to the first article you browsed. You will surely find all the resources you need in just a single click.

The Google Scholar also has the Cited by Link feature. This allows you to find articles that cite the article you are browsing. You’ll be able to identify that the article you are reading has greater importance because of the number of citations listed on it. So if you find another article on Google Scholar that has many citations, better check that article out.

Start using Google Scholar and you’ll surely discover the many other features you will enjoy with it. With Google Scholar, research is as easy as ABC.
